Sir,
We are glad to inform you that we have decided to observe the Independence Day in our club (Milan Parishad) at Gustia, Badu, North 24 Parganas by organising a blood donation camp in the premises of the club on 15th August, 2021. To us, nothing can be more befitting to pay homage to our freedom, for achieving which much blood of many martyrs was spilled. Moreover, the collected blood will help the poor patients who are unable to buy blood at the time of emergency.
The local people whom we have approached with the proposal are eager to take part in this good cause. The blood donation is scheduled to start in the morning of that day at 10 A.M. All the local doctors have given consent to be present in the camp for monitoring the medical aspect.
