Subject: Complaint regarding Online cheating

Respected Sir,

I, Rony Sengupta a permanent resident lived in Bisnupur, in your police station area. I write to inform you that on 12/06/2021 I had purchased a smart phone from a website (Url xyz.com) worth of 10,000 . It showed me a branded phone thumbnail and all information related to that product like any other e-commerce website . So as per details I made the order successful  by a payment of 10000 through online transfer (UPI) Method.

As per order details, the items were supposed to be delivered on 18/06/2021 but I have not received any product. I feel that I have been a victim of fraud as I am unable to make contact with that website authority.

I therefore, request you please do register a complain and take necessary steps.
