I would like to inform you that I had ordered for the home delivery of a tea set from your company on last 13th January and accordingly the parcel had been received by me yesterday. however, it is a matter of great regret that when I opened it, found that the crockery set was badly broken. I would like to know if the set can be replaced and if so, please inform me what I have to do for the replacement.
